Engineer, triathlete and entrepreneur – how does that fit together?

 

My mission was clear from the start. However, the HOW evolved:

 

“My mission in life is to be an inspiration for others and to leave sustainable footprints.

I am an entrepreneur with a positive can-do attitude, a team-player mentality and a thirst for knowledge.

A curious world traveler with an active lifestyle and a 24/7 innovative mindset.”

 

After completing my Master's degree in Mechatronics, I gained experience in several industries – from the corporate environment to the film industry – and honed my strengths in the process: international projects, team coordination, and customer management.

 

Nevertheless, it quickly became clear to me: For me, real impact only comes within my own company.

 

In 2020 I founded the marketing agency JungAdler Founded in 2024, we are an international team focused on marketing and content production . I took over the company in 2024 and brought Christina Schreml on board as managing director and co-owner.

 

In 2025, I will expand my entrepreneurial activities as a Premium Regional Partner of the Premium Leaders Club and build a new business with my team and the founder , Dr. Tanja Hacker. the location in the United Arab Emirates.

 

In 2026, my passion project SOLIA – a Sunrise Women's Circle – will launch with a professional by my side: Romina Bindels . We will create a safe and trusting space where women can meet regularly to consciously slow down, move, exchange ideas, find support, and grow both personally and professionally.
